Save Time and Money with Pallet Trucks UK’s Collection of Weigh Scale Pallet Trucks

Looking for a pallet truck that could save you time and money? Pallet Trucks UK has the answer – their vast range of weigh scale pallet trucks can help businesses trim their budgets and make better use of their time by enabling mobile weighing. Never again will operators need to drag their pallets to a stationary weighing area; instead, a pallet truck with built-in scales offers a portable weighing station at all times.

If you’re a trader selling goods ‘by weight’, you’re legally required to ensure that your scales are trade or EC approved. All of the trucks at Pallet Truck Shop have the correct approvals and accreditations to ensure full compliance with all legislation – and to ensure that weighing results are as accurate as possible.

The HP-ESE20-D, for example, is a hand pallet truck that features an integrated load indication system. With an LCD indicator by the handle, operators can weigh the load that the truck is carrying easily, with manual zero correction and simple and fast incoming weight control. Pallets on this truck must be lifted to the reference height before they’re weighed, and the truck also comes with a built-in spirit level to notify the operator when they should take a reading. Available for just £238.80, VAT included, this entry-level weigh scale truck is ideal for the cost-conscious business that wants to start taking advantage of mobile weighing capabilities.

Then there’s the Eoslift Wide Weighing Scale Pallet Truck – a truck a few steps up the spectrum compared to the more basic model. With a 2000kg capacity and a weighing facility that provides readings in steps of just 1kg, this highly accurate truck is a must-buy for businesses where the slightest fluctuation in weight can have an impact. The forks of this truck are slightly wider, making them the ideal size for GKN blue pallets and other larger sizes. Available for £1,170.00, VAT included, this truck is for the power weighers; the businesses that have already made strides in mobile weighing and want to boost productivity even further by adding to the fleet.

Phil Chesworth, Managing Director of Pallet Trucks UK, says, “Weighing scale pallet trucks can help save businesses time and money, by ensuring that their truck operators don’t waste time waiting around at stationary weighing points. Instead, they boost overall productivity by making it possible to weigh loads while they’re on the truck itself. Our comprehensive range offers something for everyone – from trucks with printers to trucks with wider forks. Pallet Trucks UK Offers Galvanized Pallet Trucks As Pharmaceutical Industry Looks Set for Record Growth

Brand New ‘Easy Roller’ Trucks Land at Pallet Trucks UK

Pallet Trucks UK have announced the addition of two new trucks to their existing range of manual handling equipment – enhancing their position as one of the UK’s top suppliers of pallet trucks. The two brand new ‘easy roller’ pallet trucks are set to offer increased variety for businesses in need of a manual handling solution which balances productivity with safety, and are sure to be a hit in warehouses, factories, distribution centres and other industrial settings across the country.

The two models cleverly incorporate a foot lever, which can drive the truck forwards and make life easier for operators. The traditional pump action of the handle is used to rotate and drive the rear wheels of the truck, massively reducing the initial force needed to make the pallet truck move. Starting the movement of a very heavy load can be tough for those operating a fully-loaded pallet truck – too little force gets them nowhere, but too much force can see accidents when trucks become out of control. The brand new trucks make it easier to kick-start the initial movement, reducing the risk of accidents and boosting control for the operator.

Phil Chesworth, Managing Director of Pallet Trucks UK, says, “We scour the world in order to find the best quality pallet trucks for sale to our customers, not least with the addition of our ERA25-A and ERA25-B trucks. Prioritising operator health and safety without compromising on productivity, the trucks are an excellent addition to our ever-growing collection. We can now confidently say that we have a stock of pallet trucks to rival anyone in the country, and we’re one of the prime destinations for buyers looking to expand their fleet.

Good News for Pallet Truck Owners as New Budget Pledges To Invest in UK Business

There has been some great news for business owners this week, and especially those in industrial and manufacturing sectors, as the 2014 Budget saw the announcement of tax breaks designed to help businesses purchase new equipment. The new rules were at the centre of the government’s financial plans, which are aimed to significantly improve the UK’s declining success in selling goods to the overseas market.

Pallet Trucks UK is one of the manual handling equipment providers that will be leading the way in assisting businesses by providing fantastic machinery and hand-operated equipment, now at more affordable prices than ever thanks to a range of tax cuts and investment allowances from the government.

A twofold increase in the tax-free annual investment allowance will offer a great boost to businesses, bringing the limit to £500,000 and encouraging more of them to invest in good-quality, reliable machinery and equipment to help the growth and sustained efficiency of a business. Businesses will improve their ability to conduct foreign trade, and will be able to serve a broader range of more domestic clients. With emerging economies like Brazil, India and China, the potential for foreign trade is bigger than ever, and the government are giving the British economy the boost it needs to win these valuable overseas contracts.

Phil Chesworth, Managing Director of Pallet Trucks UK, a leading supplier of hand pallet trucks, lift tables, aerial work platforms and other manual handling apparatus, says, “It’s fantastic news that the government has increased this tax-free allowance to encourage investment, especially when it comes to the equipment used across the UK. Now more businesses will be better equipped to handle not only their incoming orders from Britain, but will also be in a prime position to win lucrative foreign contracts in some of the world’s burgeoning economies.
